SOUP AND SANDWICHES
This is run in the Mission Hall near the old sandstone pier, on Main Street, and is a very sociable way for folks to meet each other over a bowl of hot delicious soup and a sandwich.
Anyone can come between 12.00 and 1.30 on a Wednesday during the winter months.

CAREFREE CLUBA FRIENDLY WELCOME TO ALL RETIRED PERSONS
This is a club for the older and wiser folk in the village.
It meets in the village hall every Wednesday (September to May ) from 2.00 till 4.00, for card games, bowling, etc. and tea and a chat.
The cost is £1 per session.
There is an annual bus trip.
