Sandy's Garden at the Picnic Site Sandy Gillies, who sadly died in 2007, was a popular, well-kent character in the Village. He was an attendant at the Tourist Board Picnic Site toilets for many years, and this small garden was created in his memory using the seat and plants from his garden in Oakleigh Road
